You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify agn888a support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
agn888a reserves the right to require identity, age, and payment method verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
All deposits to your agn888a Account must be made using payment methods approved by agn888a, which include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank PBe. agn888a does not accept cash deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the Platform and subject to change without prior notice.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Funds obtained through unlawful means must not be deposited on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification as described in Section 4.4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform.

All Account balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR. If you make a payment in a different currency, your payment provider may apply conversion charges for which agn888a bears no responsibility.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
agn888a reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except as expressly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit any promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, agn888a reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the Account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed for any other reason, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method.
You may close your agn888a Account at any time by contacting the agn888a support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified Real Money Balance will be refunded.
